Unfurling helps groups gently unfold their thinking through creative facilitation, mindful forest experiences, and thoughtful blends of both.

Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku/ mindfulness in nature)

A mindful practice of nature connection developed in Japan- no actual bathing required! I offer 1-2.5 hour guided sessions, helping people relax and connect with nature in both local parks and wilder spaces. I usually offer sessions Sheffield and the Peak District, but am happy to go further afield.

Facilitation

I guide groups through creative thinking processes to tackle complex challenges and find collaborative ways forward. Working collaboratively with partners, I design inclusive processes where everyone can meaningfully contribute, drawing on diverse methodologies from arts-based and design thinking to more traditional approaches. I also love incorporating nature into facilitated sessions.
